About Our Founder Lee Carlton Walker-Cross

Our founder Carlton knows the local community — both as a Broker In Charge, Contractor and as a born and raised Charleston boy — and his “WE” TEAM can help guide you through the nuances of our local market. Carlton grew up on James Island stomping in the pluff-mud and has cousins living all over the Low-country. His family has been in real estate in Charleston since 1946 when his grandfather purchased 20 acres for $600, and built one of the first affordable rental properties in Charleston with 65 units. From the day he was born, he has been hands on and has have managed and fixed properties. He is also a Licensed South Carolina building Contractor. He uses his contractor’s license to give you the knowledge and a huge advantage in the buying or selling a property. He is the guy to help you deal with subs if things are needed on your property.
